Sunchokes or Yacon?
Has anyone grown either of these potato alternatives? The sunchokes are Jerusalem artichokes or sun roots (their Native American name, apparently), actually a variety of sunflower that develops tubers. Yacon is a South American tuber that is something between sunchokes and potatoes, if I'm understanding correctly. I'm leaning towards sunchokes but thought I'd ask y'all.
