The Wee folk are having *way* too much fun here lately!
Hallowe'en is around the corner, I can tell. The wee folk delight in hiding things and then watching me, the dumb human, search all over.......cursing the entire time, half-convinced I'm going crazy. Two days ago, my dark blue kirtle went missing (still missing, in fact) - and I need it for next week's get-together. Yesterday it was my black bra (the one for under my black dress for the Ball tonight) - found it just now. NOW, I discovered the string to my bow is gone! No, the bow is not anywhere where someone could mistake the string for just extra (as in throw away) nor was it completely detached although the bow was unstrung to reduce stress on the stave.
